The Demon lord Diablo has come face to face (figuratively since they have not actually met) with someone who just might be stronger。 This force him to go into training well sort of。 He is a Demon Lord after all and it not really Demon Lord like to go train Can't wait to start the next。 The Demon lord Diablo has come face to face (figuratively since they have not actually met) with someone who just might be stronger。 This force him to go into training well sort of。 He is a Demon Lord after all and it not really Demon Lord like to go train Can't wait to start the next。 。。。more
Willie,
Worst volume yet!So up til this point I have loved every page of the Demon Lord books and have given each of them a 5 star rating。 This one however you should skip。 The only thing good about it was Klems side story。 The main story here is extremely cleched and is something that I've seen in so many other Anime/Manga (and it was done better) that I could barley stand to stomach it again。 There are going to be some SPOILERS ahead。。。The main reason for my 2 star rating is the scene in the begining Worst volume yet!So up til this point I have loved every page of the Demon Lord books and have given each of them a 5 star rating。 This one however you should skip。 The only thing good about it was Klems side story。 The main story here is extremely cleched and is something that I've seen in so many other Anime/Manga (and it was done better) that I could barley stand to stomach it again。 There are going to be some SPOILERS ahead。。。The main reason for my 2 star rating is the scene in the begining between Rafflesia and Diablo。 That was totally not needed。 I would've preferred it if he had just carried Shera back to the guest house after she fell asleep and spent the night with her and Rem as he has done before。 Thats just my bias against Rafflesia though, her Ginormas tits are just insaine even by anime standards :/ I also didn't like how Rem had to walk in on them。Speaking of Rem I also think that she should've been the one to learn Warrior skills from the swordmaster instead of Diablo。 She is way overdue for a powerup。 It would've made for a much better story if Diablo and Shera had spent time helping Rem level up her Warrior class or even track down some really powerful summon or work on her summoning skills more。 But as it stands Diablo "happens upon" some magical fruit that helps him gain experience fast (in true Sword Art Online fasion) and is able to learn more skills。 I will say one other good thing that came out of this volume was that Diablo suffered his first defeat and has figured out that there are more powerful people than himself in this world。 They also hinted at the fact that other people from Diablo's world may have also been summoned to this one, which kinda kills the vibe。One of the things that I enjoyed most about this series was watching Diablo fight his way out of situations with his Sorcerery abilites and trying to keep up his Demon Lord act。 But both of those things were destroyed in this volume。 His Demon Lord act is still in play at least Rem and Shera still humor him, but they've know for a while that he's really an adventurer (at least in my opinion)。 Now after this book it just seems more counter productive for him to keep up the act。 。。。more

I'm very much enjoying this series but now it's time for a break since a new volume of Infinite Dendrogram is out。 I'm very much enjoying this series but now it's time for a break since a new volume of Infinite Dendrogram is out。 。。。more
Tomcat,
Tasteless writing。This book crossed the line between fanservice and tasteless scenes that borders in child abuse。 The plot and story are weak, pointless and lack any common sense。 The battles are there just because the author have to fill pages。 The first 10% of the book is a recap of the previous books, 10%! The the author keeps repeating over and over the same information through the book in an attempt to fill pages。 The support characters are just a second though and are not developed at all。 Tasteless writing。This book crossed the line between fanservice and tasteless scenes that borders in child abuse。 The plot and story are weak, pointless and lack any common sense。 The battles are there just because the author have to fill pages。 The first 10% of the book is a recap of the previous books, 10%! Douglas Hull,
CallingDrawn in by the whole series you are aware that the story is progressing with each individual growing in many ways。 Defiantly worth reading, this story set's the tone for what's to come。 CallingDrawn in by the whole series you are aware that the story is progressing with each individual growing in many ways。 Defiantly worth reading, this story set's the tone for what's to come。 。。。more
Saidah Gilbert,
I like where the plot is going so I continue to read this series despite all the harem teasing。 At eight books in, I know enough to ignore all the interactions between Diablo and any female character。
Rico,
Garbage! This installment crossed the line of fan service。 It also didn't have a story。 Diablo did very little warrior training, got much stronger, and recruited the swordmaster。 Now the Demon Lord army is coming。 The end。 Skip this installment。 Garbage!
